Prototype development and small-scale production in our electronics facility

• Experimental facility
  Our fully-equipped experimental facility for electronic and mechanical assemblies has the resources to manufacture professional level products and prototypes on a small scale in a short space of time. We maintain an extensive range of components and parts on stock, which allows us to react quickly whatever the need.
  It goes without saying that all work stations are provided with extensive ESD protection.
• Prototype development, small-scale production and test equipment manufacture
  Prototypes are constructed using breadboarding techniques (German Chamber of Commerce standard) in accordance with our clients' specifications and the technical criteria. For small production runs of at least 5 units, we engineer a simple PCB layout that serves as the basis for a large production run at a later date.
• Commissioning and tests
  The finished electronic assemblies are subjected to thorough testing on our test facilities and carefully calibrated. On request, we also provide testing under varying temperature conditions, complete with acceptance certificate. An EMC preliminary test is also possible.
